Works Undertaken - OBR Construction Limited have been awarded the RC Frame on phase 1 St. Michaels. The core was one of the largest slipform’s completed by OBR. Following completion of the slip ahead of programme OBR are currently completing the 11 floor RC frame. The slabs are all a Post tensioned design.
When complete the scheme will deliver 185,000 sq ft of prime Grade A office accommodation across all floors.
