OBR’s approach to completing the sub/superstructure scope on my project was consistent – safety, program, achievable task deliverables & quality. From the outset of the project the level of commitment and real project engagement was demonstrable. Experience is key to RC frame project success and OBR certainly proved their worth in that regard. What I found with OBR is that you get a subcontractor proud and confident in their ability & skill but also willing to come to the table when issues arise such a value engineering requirements and other project challenges.
