OBR Developments have successfully completed and handedover 48 apartments for Respond Housing Association at Model Farm Road site, Cork.
The project consisted of 48 apartments, undercroft basement parking space, 4 floors consisting of 12apartments per floor comprising of a combination of 1bed, 2bed and 3bed apartments.

Bouygues UK engaged OBR Group for the construction of the RC Frame on the iconic Castle Park View Development situated in the centre of Bristol. The 26 storey tower along with 4 other lower level blocks has become the tallest building to be constructed in Bristol having surpassed the historic Saint Mary Redcliffe constructed over 500 years ago. The works were carried out between October 2019 and December 2020. OBR’s team were dynamic in their approach preferring to slip form each of the 4 cores, the tower core was successfully slipped in 7 weeks and quickly became a new landmark on Bristol’s skyline. OBR supported the Bouygues delivery team and working well together allowed the works to be completed to a good quality and ahead of programme despite the impacts and closures associated with Covid-19. I would have no hesitation in working with OBR again in the future.
