OBR Developments have successfully completed and handedover 48 apartments for Respond Housing Association at Model Farm Road site, Cork.
The project consisted of 48 apartments, undercroft basement parking space, 4 floors consisting of 12apartments per floor comprising of a combination of 1bed, 2bed and 3bed apartments.

OBR’s approach to completing the sub/superstructure scope on my project was consistent – safety, program, achievable task deliverables & quality.
