OBR Developments has successfully completed and handed over 72 dwelling units to Cork City Council at White Cross, Cork.
The development comprises 72 homes across six three-storey blocks, including 28 one-bedroom apartments, 8 two-bedroom apartments, 28 two-bedroom duplex units, and 8 three-bedroom duplex units.

OBR formed the core, Ground Floor transfer slab and other ancillary concrete works on a fifteen storey office project in Coventry City centre between 2021 and 2022. OBR executed the works all to a very tight programme and were found to be very proactive and have a good eye for quality and detailing on the Project.
