DOB Construction Ltd were contracted by Ditchley to carry out the extensive Refurbishment of 20 rooms to existing nursing home in Belgooly, Co.Cork. Works included the complete refurbishment of all bathrooms and bedrooms as well as Mechanical and Electrical upgrade. works commenced May 2017.

Bouygues UK engaged OBR Group for the construction of the RC Frame on the iconic Castle Park View Development situated in the centre of Bristol. The 26 storey tower along with 4 other lower level blocks has become the tallest building to be constructed in Bristol having surpassed the historic Saint Mary Redcliffe constructed over 500 years ago. The works were carried out between October 2019 and December 2020. OBR’s team were dynamic in their approach preferring to slip form each of the 4 cores, the tower core was successfully slipped in 7 weeks and quickly became a new landmark on Bristol’s skyline. OBR supported the Bouygues delivery team and working well together allowed the works to be completed to a good quality and ahead of programme despite the impacts and closures associated with Covid-19. I would have no hesitation in working with OBR again in the future.
