Works Undertaken - OBR Construction delivered the enabling works and full groundworks package, including underground drainage, utilities, waterproofing and foundations. This was followed by an RC frame with six cores ranging from 7-15 storeys, delivered using slipform construction.

OBR’s approach to completing the sub/superstructure scope on my project was consistent – safety, program, achievable task deliverables & quality. From the outset of the project the level of commitment and real project engagement was demonstrable. Experience is key to RC frame project success and OBR certainly proved their worth in that regard.
