The project consisted of 64 units, 34no. 2 bed terraced units, 6no. 3 bed terraced units, 7no. 2 bedapartments, 11no. 1 bed apartments, 6no. 2 bed duplexes and associated parking.

They managed their works professionally especially where logistics was a challenge working around in a live College environment. • OBR managed commercial aspects in an ordered, non-confrontational and professional manner. • OBR took a very proactive approach in resolving any site or design issues. • OBR very self-contained in that they do not require a great deal of supervision from main contractor to ensure works proceed safely and to programme. • OBR works well with the main contractor to ensure minimal disruption to the day-to-day activities of the college on a busy campus location. • OBR ensure quality of works as the progress resulting in very few snagging issues which were dealt with very promptly when raised. I would certainly engage with OBR on future projects.
