The project comprises 64 homes, including 34 two-bedroom terraced houses, 6 three-bedroom terraced houses, 7 two-bedroom apartments, 11 one-bedroom apartments, and 6 two-bedroom duplexes, along with associated parking.

OBR formed the core, Ground Floor transfer slab and other ancillary concrete works on a fifteen storey office project in Coventry City centre between 2021 and 2022.
