OBR Developments are pleased to announce the commencement of a new residential scheme in the highly prestigious area, Model Farm Road, Cork.
Phase 1 of the development consists of 11 Houses, 8 Nr 4 bed semi’s and 3 Nr 4 bed detached. Works to commence July 2017, and completion by Summer 2018.
Phase 2 of the development consists of two apartment blocks with 32 number apartments, with under croft car parking. Works to commence 2018.

OBR formed the core, Ground Floor transfer slab and other ancillary concrete works on a fifteen storey office project in Coventry City centre between 2021 and 2022. OBR executed the works all to a very tight programme and were found to be very proactive and have a good eye for quality and detailing on the Project.
