OBR Construction ltd carried out the Basement, groundworks and 2 RC frames for a new Client United Living. We provided 2 x tower cranes for the duration of our works and handed over one crane to United Living for there use once our works were completed.
The development consists of two new-build 10 and 12-storey apartment blocks, providing a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with private gardens, roof terraces and rooftop amenities. The development will also provide two commercial units on the ground floor.
