OBR Developments have successfully completed and handed over 69 apartments for Respond housing Association at Jacobs Island site, Cork.
The project consisted of 35nr one bed and 34nr two bed apartments over 6 floors along with associated car-parking and landscaping for Respond Housing.
In addition, there is approx. 1,000m2 of commercial space complete to shell and core.

Castle Park View Development, Bouygues UK
Bouygues UK engaged OBR Group for the construction of the RC Frame on the iconic Castle Park View Development situated in the centre of Bristol. The 26 storey tower along with 4 other lower level blocks has become the tallest building to be constructed in Bristol having surpassed the historic Saint Mary Redcliffe constructed over 500 years ago. The works were carried out between October 2019 and December 2020. OBR’s team were dynamic in their approach preferring to slip form each of the 4 cores, the tower core was successfully slipped in 7 weeks and quickly became a new landmark on Bristol’s skyline. OBR supported the Bouygues delivery team and working well together allowed the works to be completed to a good quality and ahead of programme despite the impacts and closures associated with Covid-19. I would have no hesitation in working with OBR again in the future.
