OBR has successfully completed and handed 69 apartments to Respond Housing Association at the Jacobs Island site in Cork.
The project comprises 35 one-bedroom and 34 two-bedroom apartments across six floors, along with associated car parking and landscaping works.
In addition, approximately 1,000 m² of commercial space has been delivered to shell and core standard.

OBR’s approach to completing the sub/superstructure scope on my project was consistent – safety, program, achievable task deliverables & quality. From the outset of the project the level of commitment and real project engagement was demonstrable. Experience is key to RC frame project success and OBR certainly proved their worth in that regard. What I found with OBR is that you get a subcontractor proud and confident in their ability & skill but also willing to come to the table when issues arise such a value engineering requirements and other project challenges. Quality was unsurpassed and at closeout stage the result was a project built to specification, on time and on budget.
