Peterborough College Project

OBR Construction carried out the groundworks and 3 storey RC Frame including supply of the tower carne for Clegg Construction at Peterborough College. OBR carried out their works safely ahead of programme, on budget and to a high standard of quality. They managed their works professionally especially where logistics was a challenge working around in a live College environment. • OBR managed commercial aspects in an ordered, non-confrontational and professional manner. • OBR took a very proactive approach in resolving any site or design issues. • OBR very self-contained in that they do not require a great deal of supervision from main contractor to ensure works proceed safely and to programme. • OBR works well with the main contractor to ensure minimal disruption to the day-to-day activities of the college on a busy campus location. • OBR ensure quality of works as the progress resulting in very few snagging issues which were dealt with very promptly when raised. I would certainly engage with OBR on future projects.
