OBR Developments have successfully completed and handed over 69 apartments for Respond housing Association at Jacobs Island site, Cork.
The two blocks consisting of 3 and 5 floors was completed safely on time and to the highest quality standards. As well as the 69 apartments there are commercial units and a creche and associated parking.

Glenmore heights, Lehenaghmore, Cork
OBR Developments have commenced the construction of 45 housing units for Cork City Council, at Glenmore Heights, Lehenaghmore, Cork.
A mixture of 2 and 3 bed houses with amble parking will provide much needed affordable housing in the area. Works have begun on site in September 24 and expected a handover in the 4th quarter 2025.

OBR Construction ltd are delighted to announce we have secured the Ground works and RC Frame package at Filton, Bristol for B + k.
This 330-bed student accommodation will range from 5 to 9 storeys arranged around a central courtyard. Works commence on site Sept 24.
