OBR Construction ltd have been awarded the RC Frame package at Burnsall road, Coventry for Torsion Construction ltd.
This 6-storey frame will provide 196 student beds. Works to commence on site May 24 with a completion date of November 24.

OBR Construction ltd are delighted to announce we have secured the Ground works and RC Frame package at Filton, Bristol for B + k.
This 330-bed student accommodation will range from 5 to 9 storeys arranged around a central courtyard. Works commence on site Sept 24.

OBR Construction ltd are delighted to announce we have secured the Ground works and RC Frame package at Tariff Street, Manchester for United Living.
The development consists of two new-build 10 and 12-storey apartment blocks, providing a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with private gardens, roof terraces and rooftop amenities. The development will also provide two commercial units on the ground floor. Works to commence on site May 24 with a completion date of June 26.

OBR formed the core, Ground Floor transfer slab and other ancillary concrete works on a fifteen storey office project in Coventry City centre between 2021 and 2022. OBR executed the works all to a very tight programme and were found to be very proactive and have a good eye for quality and detailing on the Project. OBR were extremely user friendly and I could not recommend them more highly.
